I am finally starting to feel good again. I have reached my goal for the week, and I dont have to weigh-in until Monday. One thing I have read that I think is a good idea, is to come up with rewards for myself as I reach small goals- like a massage, facial or anything I really want. So here is my list of rewards for the goals I have set.
Rewards:
- 10 pounds: Manicure/Pedicure
- 15 pounds: Facial
- 20 pounds: Massage
- 25 pounds: Betsey Johnson Handbag
- 30 pounds: Salt glow at the spa
- 35 pounds: Buy a nice bikini
- 40 pounds: Vacation to the Gulf of Mexico(to show off my new bod!) Haha..
Short term goal: Lose 10% body weight and walk 3 miles/5 days week
